How can i treat dandruff if i have oily hair?

I get really annoyed by my dandruff... its not really noticeable unless i scratch my head or something and it kind of loosens the flakes. So i would think that using more conditioner would work, but I my hair gets greasy really fast at the roots. Like if i take a shower before bed, and then straighten it the next morning then it's greasy. But the ends of my hair are kind of dry. My hair is just kind of confusing! and i don't know what products to use.

so basically i have dandruff, oily roots, and dry and damaged ends. Even though i get my hair trimmed about every 3 months. I want to grow it longer but it just looks unhealthy before i get it to the length i want it at. And my hair grows kind of slow. I don't get it though, my younger sister has really shiny healthy looking hair that grows really fast, and even if it's damaged, it doesn't look it. And she straightens it every day, i straighten my hair probably about once every other week!

is there a miracle product? or solution?

I get dandruff if I don't use a dandruff shampoo on my hair every day...I use head an shoulders, they have a ton of different shampoos and conditioners for any hair type and they are all anti-dandruff. For your dry ends I would use a leave in conditioner on the ends for your hair only.

i also have the same problem. So what i do is i wash my hair everyday so i get rid of the grease. Also, i don't get any more dandruff anymore.

id say make sure you rinse your hair thouroughly after shampooing and conditioning, it minimises dandruff. DON'T put conditioner on your roots it makes it like 10x oilier.

for dry or damaged end use Miracle hair insurance by aussie haircare.. it really isa miracle.. i swear by it.. i use it evry day (or every other day)

and make sure you use heat protection spray when using straighteners.

You can try this remedy. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 6 tablespoons of hot water.Dab with cotton into the scalp,parting the hair with a comb.It should preferably be used at bed time.
