I don't think so. I have hair doesnt really grow that fast. But it depends on the kind of hair you have. If you have straight hair that grows faster. My guess is that you can get 3.5 inches if you do eat healthy and drinks a lot of water but avoid trimming it every three weeks. This will slow down the process.
