Okay, I'm about to flat iron my hair, and I bought this heat defending product, just for flat irons. The brand is S Factor, and it's called "Flat Iron Shine Spray Heat Defender".

It doesn't really have directions, but on the back it says:

"A scientific blend of ingredients that gives you UV protection, thermal shield, lustrous shine, soft healthy finish. Use on wet or dry hair. Satisfaction guaranteed!"

My question is:

Should I use this on my hair before or after I flat iron it?

u should use it before because if u put it on when ur hair is wet its really bad i use to do that until a hairstylist told me its like pouting a hot pan under cold water. (its really really bad)

Spray it on your dry hair right before you go over it with the flat iron.
