Help for thinning hair that won't grow?

My friend's hair was over bleached by a hairstylist we thought we got it healthy. Yet now it is thinning and won't grow. Any help would be great.

Because your friend's hair was over treated, I would suggest she stops putting her hair at risk for damage. This includes swimming in chlorinated water, sun exposure, heat styling, etc. Give the hair some time to recover. Also, if she overly bleached it, she may have to wait for her hair to grow out.
