Should I dye my hair? Stop eating a certain kind of food? Take medication? Pluck the white strands out? I'm not a stressed out person and I'm pretty healthy, but the sprouting of white hair is kinda getting into my nerves.

Age has nothing to with grey or white hair anymore. Many start to get this in their teens. Best bet is do some blonde or lighter highlites or touch up with a color that matches your own. But Mutli tone color (like highlites) will camouflage better.
