HELP!!! Hair is SO unmanagable!!?

I have wavy/frizzy shoulder length hair. I use my hair dryer and if nessecary straightner. My hair is pretty dry and I got a hair cut last week so it is healthier. Blow drying my hair takes 45 minutes (I have a TON of hair) and I don't have time to do that eveyday, so are there any products/techniques you use that straighten hair without using heat?

instead of working against it, why not enhance it?

since your hair is naturally wavy, you can eliminate the frizz with frizz serum or leave in conditioners. enhance your waves with wavy hair formulas of shampoo/ conditioner, or styling products. since you mentioned your hair is dry, try not to use heat on it unless you must. most importantly, treat your hair to a weekly deep conditioning - i recommend neutrogena's Triple Moisture deep recovery hair mask. it makes my hair so much softer and shinier after the use. you can keep it in your hair while you're in the shower so the steam help penetrate into your hair.

I wouldn't blow dry it without a defuser,I really like Redkens"Ringlet" You can put it in your hair after you towel dry it,let it dry naturally.It will help define your curls and control the frizzness.

Use shampoos with natural ingredients like aloe. Don't use a hair straightener unless you absolutely, really really really need it. It makes your hair dryer. When you dry your hair, don't make it very dry. Stop drying your hair when it's still damp. Sometimes, don't even dry your hair. If you do, don't set it to the highest temperature.

Try using a flat brush when you dry your hair. Don't spend 45 minutes drying your hair. Take about 25-30 minutes and let your hair dry on it's own.

Using conditioner makes you lose hair so don't use it too often unless you like your hair thin. Use the spray bottle conditioners instead. When you go to the salon, ask them for professional help or get a perm.
