How do i get thickier hair?

Make a hair mask out of avocados. It is the best stuff to making hair thicker. Or use Garnier Fructis items.

How do i get thickier hair?

Wash it, and apply conditioner to enhance thickness, and most of all let it grow to one length. All hairs equal in length.

How do i get thickier hair?

Mane and Tail Conditioner. It's used for horses, but you can find it at Sally's Beauty Supply. Use a small amount! It works great.

Also, you could try SunSilk conditioners...I bought the straightening shampoo - they ain't kidding! It was the best stuff ever!

Try volumizing shampoo and conditioner.

Genes and correct usage of coconut oil. I kid you not. It has been scientifically proven to keep the head cool, hair thick and healthy, and good for the brain.

Dying my hair from Black to Brown?! Help!?

I've been dying my hair Black-Blue for a while now, the last time I dyed it was abotu 4 months ago. It looks kinda dark brown now especially the roots. I have kinda long hair though it goes down to like half my back and its pretty healthy, I user Herbal Essenses for color treated hair. I found a hair dyw at wal mart for black hair. Will this work? or should I go to a salon?

Dying my hair from Black to Brown?! Help!?

you should go to a salon. its hard to go from black to anything, trust me

Dying my hair from Black to Brown?! Help!?

Ask your stylist. Not everyone here has the correct advice.

Dying my hair from Black to Brown?! Help!?

if its just dye then you should bleach out your hair first before using it. if its dye and bleach, the go for it!

Dying my hair from Black to Brown?! Help!?

u dont need to bleach your hair if your going darker. dont listen to that comment. it cant really go rong with black. itwill still be the same even if u go to a salon. im a hairdresser so i no

Long hair; what conditioning, softening, split end, breakage things can i do to prevent or cure them

my hair is really long, and its pretty healthy, since i dont highlight it , ive dont it lightly once, and most of it is all grown out and blends with the rest of my hair.

i wanna keep it health, and soft, and i want a good conditioning system, any ideas on what i can buy/use/do?

thanksss :)

Long hair; what conditioning, softening, split end, breakage things can i do to prevent or cure them?

Well, seriously, Garnier Fructis is a good one for long hair. Here's some tips for what to do with your hair-

Shampoo it all. Shampoo your roots for all you're worth to prevent oily hair. Even if you don't have dandruff, picking up a dandruff shampoo and using it with your other shampoo could help really get your scalp clean!

Condition the ends. Don't use conditioner on your roots, use it on the ends of your hair where all the breakage is. And use a lot of conditioner, letting it sit for at least one minute in the goop. It should help your hair.

Get it cut. For long hair, it's very important to get it trimmed at least every two months. If you haven't had your hair trimmed in the past two months, it's time for the scissors. Just take off an inch at the bottom. You'd be surprised at how much an inch at the very bottom of your hair is just fluff and dead ends and frizz. This trim also allows your hair to grow more quickly.

make sure you keep your ends trimmed every 6 weeks or so. I always lean towards professional products, Halo, Graham Webb and Sebastian ect.

Black need help with hair- relaxed and damaged, same length as last year.?

Sorry to say but if your hair is very damaged you need to cut it. Get little baby trims every 6 to 8 weeks if you can't do it all at once. Make sure you are using products that are right for your hair type. Give your self a deep condition ever two weeks at the least.

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

My hair is really thick, really poofy and sometimes really frizzy. It's weird. The top layer of my hair is straight and poofy, and the bottom layer there are a lot of curls.

I really need help taming my hair. I just want it to look healthy, soft and not so crazy.

Here's what I can't do:

-I CAN'T flat iron it. I do have a flat iron but whenever I straighten my hair it just turns into a slightly straighter but even more frizzy mess!

-I CAN'T go to a salon, because I haven't the time or money! =(

If anyone has any good DIY recipes to help my hair, any good techniques to do at home or any good drugstore products I would be sooo thankful!

I've already used the Sunsilk Anti-Poof trio, which helped a lot, but not enough... =(

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

Go to a food/healthfood store and buy coconut oil.

Shampoo your hair and rinse like normal.

Then use 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil when you're out of the shower as a conditioner. Leave it for an hour, and rinse it out VERY well.

Style as you'd like.

You're now cured.

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

Ahh man i feel bad but i would highly recomend paul mitchell's products

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

ok, calm down. Its actually pretty easy. Use paul mitchell straightening balm while your hair is damp. blowdry and use a heat protectant spray when you straighten. Then, when your hair is completely straight, apply a small amount of biosilk or chi silk infusion. These products are not that expensive, and will last you a long time as you dont use very much at all.

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

like go like get a like wig or like go get new hair

Super THICK, super POOFY, super FRIZZY hair!!?

one word... product

depends on how "poofy" your hair is and also the length

first - go with a cut that gives movement like... layers and/or a shag, try bangs (if you dont already have)

second - work with your hair not against it. if you want a style that is quick then work with your curl and volume. start by using a curl booster shampoo, then condition (my fav is all soft by Renkin), then apply a dab or two of finishing creme - Brilliant brunette finishing creme (i know it says finishing but it works great as a detangler and gives shine) remember - dont apply allot to the roots - will make you look greasy. then comb hair with wide toothed comb, then apply Renkin extreme ant-snap (my fav, fav, fav great for damp, dry, anytime but again on ends mostly) scrunch hair then apply mouse - Frizz Ease take charge. scrunch again Then defuse hair with blow dryer, from bottom up (tip: twirl hair then rest in the diffuser, then turn on and hold for 10-15 seconds) Finish with a gloss serum and style bangs (if you have) with straightener and hair spray. I have attached links below - the BEST salon product are Renken and John Freida - not really salon, but still good

hope this helps

Just dyed my hair, want to dye again, is it too soon?

Hello! I just dyed my hair (two days ago) and I want to dye it again. I want to dye it again as soon as possible. I have thin hair, but it's fairly healthy. I'm going from a dyed mediumish (more light than medium) blonde to medium brown lowlights. So, with that in mind, how long should I wait to dye my hair again?

Just dyed my hair, want to dye again, is it too soon?

No one would touch your hair for two weeks. Keep deep conditioning until the day before you dye it again, and don't wash your hair the day of the coloring.

Just dyed my hair, want to dye again, is it too soon?

2 weeks at the minimum, deep condition during that time and then redo the color. You might want to try a semi permanent until you are sure of the color you want.

Just dyed my hair, want to dye again, is it too soon?

I say wait about of week of shampooing your hair really good because your dying it a darker color. The idea is to let your hair get used to the new color and so you can dye it again without any chemical reactions. In addition to shampooing, also brush and comb. Once my friend dyed her hair and it was back to her normal color in two days.
