my hair is really long, and its pretty healthy, since i dont highlight it , ive dont it lightly once, and most of it is all grown out and blends with the rest of my hair.
i wanna keep it health, and soft, and i want a good conditioning system, any ideas on what i can buy/use/do?
thanksss :)
Long hair; what conditioning, softening, split end, breakage things can i do to prevent or cure them?
Well, seriously, Garnier Fructis is a good one for long hair. Here's some tips for what to do with your hair-
Shampoo it all. Shampoo your roots for all you're worth to prevent oily hair. Even if you don't have dandruff, picking up a dandruff shampoo and using it with your other shampoo could help really get your scalp clean!
Condition the ends. Don't use conditioner on your roots, use it on the ends of your hair where all the breakage is. And use a lot of conditioner, letting it sit for at least one minute in the goop. It should help your hair.
Get it cut. For long hair, it's very important to get it trimmed at least every two months. If you haven't had your hair trimmed in the past two months, it's time for the scissors. Just take off an inch at the bottom. You'd be surprised at how much an inch at the very bottom of your hair is just fluff and dead ends and frizz. This trim also allows your hair to grow more quickly.

make sure you keep your ends trimmed every 6 weeks or so. I always lean towards professional products, Halo, Graham Webb and Sebastian ect.
