My hair at the bottom back of my head is quite long and healthy but the rest of my hair around my face and the middle back of my head is not.

They sell hair regrowth stuff at your local drug store/pharmacy! Its in the hair dye aisle usually and it usually is very effective!! You can ask the pharmacist(at the pick up area for prescriptions) which one is best and they will prolly be able to help you out a little bit too! Good Luck with your hair!
