Not disguises such as hair dyes. Has anyone healthy suggestions to slow down this dreaded colour loss?
Does anyone know a safe way of slowing down the rate at which hair turns grey?
The age at which a person's hair becomes white depends on hereditary factors, but diet , lifestyle and stress can also cause premature graying . Some of the home remedies for preventing formation of gray or white hair are by massaging the scalp with black tea or almond oil .More cheap and natural remedies for grey or white hair at the link below.

well, now this is not a joke but try not to be stressed out so much. Being stressed causes a chemical imbalance and things go haywire including your hair.

I don't think you can. I've used henna on my hair for a few years now cause it's much more natural and you don't have to worry about it damaging your hair.

Hair does not turn grey per se but white....it just looks grey when intermixed with normal hair colour. ....and I'm afraid you cannot stop it............just don't have a blue rinse.

OMG. Another one worried about the ageing process. Are you about 30???
FGS, get with it. It ain't soo bad to have a little salt an pepper in your hair. It won't kill you.
Life is for living, no matter what your age or whether your hair is grey or not. Just enjoy what you have and stop worrying.
Best piece of advice I got for vanity was from my Nan. Her Mum used to say to her " And who do you think is going to be looking at you, and why?"
IMO it's the feel good factor that counts, and that should not have any thing to do with hair colour.

You can use a tea made from sage but it also is really just a way of covering it up.
It will keep it closer to the natural color.

You can't slow it down. You can always color your hair, red is the best color to cover red. So if you get an auburn or strawberry blonde.... or whatever color you used to have with a little red mixed in, it could disguise the grey hairs.
Just please do what that one person said.. don't do the blue/purplish rinse *shudders* lol
